"Booked and paid for a room. On the day of booking when I arrived at 8:30 pm, staff informed me that they had no vacancy and they overbooked my room to another client. They said they arranged for a friends hotel to stay at with similar amenities instead. The alternate hotel was cheaper, but I didn’t get reimbursement. "I paid for breakfast to be included. Breakfast was from 6:30 am to 9:30 am but when we came down a 8:30 am they just ran out of food. They told us to come down early to get some food. One morning we asked for OJ and told us they ran out it. Interesting concept, come early to eat. "
