"Am conflicted about this review. I would definitely recommend people stay here. At check in I’m pretty sure we were forgotten. There were many people checking in at 2pm (recommend come much earlier or much later). We were told to wait in the lounge for 10 minutes. After more than half an hour I went to check with reception. There was no other guests there and they served me straight away though I wonder if anyone would have come back to get us. Upside is that I accidentally booked a twin and they happily converted to king.
As a couple on our 50s with no children I wouldn’t stay here again. It is very well suited as a family resort and there were many families there. The traditional Balinese style buildings and rooms were lovely. We appreciated our anniversary surprise very much. All the staff were very accomodating. Lots of options at the buffet breakfast.
I would definitely recommend for others, and we had a pleasant experience just wasn’t our ideal accomodation.
