"Useful airport hotel, nothing more. A 12 minute walk to airport and no shuttle, quite a distance with luggage. Good staff, awful food and lots of dirty tables, no room service. Expensive for what it is."

"We loved our time at Carberry Tower! The estate was stunning and the staff were very helpful. We walked in the gardens and the woods behind the estate - breathtaking! Our dinner and breakfast were delicious. I only wish we had arrived soon enough for the high tea which looked perfect. This will be a favourite memory from our European vacation! "The staff were excellent. Bed was extremely comfortable. One issue, our room was not "refreshed" (new towels trash emptied)when requested. Alisa took care of it personally. She was great. Lobby bar music was a too loud to have a beer, relax with friends. When requested, night staff turned it down to a reasonable level."

"チェックイン時に最初にアサインされた部屋は102号室。行ってみたら半地下で外の景色が全然見えない部屋だった。早くから予約し、日本では払った事がない5万円強もしたのにガッカリした。即座にフロントに戻って慣れない英語で部屋のチェンジを要求、最初は空きの部屋がないとの回答だったが更に交渉後にやっと4階の眺望の良い部屋に交換してくれた。最初に対応した女性スタッフが頑固な人で男性スタッフに交代後に部屋の変更が実現。その後は快適。駅からも近いし、カルトンヒルにも近く、チェックアウト後も荷物を無料で預かってくれたので総合評価は星4つとする。"
