"The property was gorgeous but the front desk could’ve been more helpful. We asked for a physical key 3 times and were told they only do online keys, third time they gave us a physical key after we noticed other guests with one."

Breakfast quality was good but the room where they keep the food was small and had only one access point, creating congestion during morning hours. It’s been 17 days since I checked out but they still keep a hold on my credit card. "

The staff at the main dining area took long to approach and take our order and some were not very friendly, but it was still convenient to have a restaurant in the hotel. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed the arcade. Breakfast was also great. "

"we well go back to this property in the future, it is a little dated but the rooms are good size and was built in the 50s with only 32 rooms all rooms facing the pool. I would call this property quaint"

"The best hotel! The location is fantastic, right next to El Paseo with all the restaurants and shopping. There’s a great spa and fitness centre plus two choices of where to eat. Parking is super easy and safe. The pool is fantastic and we loved the food and bar. "
