What they didn’t tell me is my room was in one of the farthest buildings and on a second floor, with no elevator. I had packed for two trips, so my suitcase was heavy. "Did not use the pool. Hotel is dated, bed was awful and limited restaurant service. Refrigerator in the room was hidden in the closet and didn’t work. Air conditioner was noisy and thermostat didn’t work. View of the parking lot was blocked by a pillar so the room was very dark. No bottles of water were provided, no shower gel and no tennis channel in the room even though half the guests were probably there for the beautiful tournament. "

"The sounds of the unit above us due to the buildings structural creakiness did not allow us to sleep at all. Guests above us seemed to be walking normal and doing normal things but it was like it was an 1850s building as far as noise "
