"Door to enter building at the back is meant to be locked and only accessible with a room key, however we discovered it’s unlocked 24/7 and the door can just be pushed open without any key. Felt very unsafe once discovering this. Forgot sandals in room, know for a fact I forgot them in the room, but they claim they were not found. This means they’re stolen by housekeeping. "The suite was great with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. The breakfast was good but I wish they served it until 10 am since it’s the weekend and we were tired from being out late the night before at Coachella. Otherwise everything was great. Will definitely stay there again. "

"They are nice over all but the security is loud, and very unprofessional looks like a cholo. He was talking all night to the receptionist about sex and dates and innapropiate things. I could hear him laughing most loud down the hall. Breakfast was very limited no boiled eggs like before. Great place just needs a little TLC"
