"I had a wonderful stay other than the check-in. I waited 15-20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. In this time, after about 10 minutes, I called the hotel phone number twice, both times no answer, and the second got put into a cue with no one answering. When the young man came back, I let him know how long I had been waiting, and that I tried to call with no luck. He did not apologize and just asked for my name and for an id. A couple of guests also came up to wait but could not wait...

"I enjoyed my spacious suite as a solo traveler. I ordered my dinner and breakfast to be delivered to my room, which was fun. Food was good, but I was rather surprised that there were zero non-dairy milk choices available. Also, I would have preferred more vegan options in general. Overall it was a good stay though. I was there to attend a popular conference that was held at the hotel, so the hotel was booked to capacity. It’s a very large hotel with many, many rooms. It’s a Marriott “Bonvoy”...

"I truly felt the that the picture on line was as better than the property. The hotel interior was as clean , modernized and pretty. Our room was truly a long way from the hotel lobby and very hard to walk with bunch of luggage’s. Thank god there wer emergency stairs next to our room accessible to hotel. My general review of the pools was that it was not very clean. Maybe bc it’s a family hotel and many kids but don’t look very clean for us to go inside of it. We appreciated the pool activities...

"The check in staff Jacob was excellent. He gave me the names for all the front desk and maintance man. Informed of breakfast and where the dinning room was. The next two mornings I was given the choice of ordering a hot breakfast. It was cooked to perfection. The dinning room staff was very attentive. I had mosquitos fly into my room. I called the front desk and the maintance man came and sprayed my room. The bed was very comfortable. The parking was close to my room. It was very quiet around...

"The Marriott is a quality hotel chain. But I really dislike the fees you have to pay when you check in. They should be disclosed prior to booking. IT's total BS. So, that's why I rarely stay with them."
