"This hotel had the handicap individual in mind. The room was spacious! The bed was comfortable and easy to transition to from a wheelchair. The bathroom was one of the best we’ve visited.
High marks all the way around.

"I had a wonderful stay other than the check-in. I waited 15-20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. In this time, after about 10 minutes, I called the hotel phone number twice, both times no answer, and the second got put into a cue with no one answering. When the young man came back, I let him know how long I had been waiting, and that I tried to call with no luck. He did not apologize and just asked for my name and for an id. A couple of guests also came up to wait but could not wait...
