Omni Severin Hotel
Staff etc. awesome I did not expect to pay for WiFi. Almost everyone would need it if only to access the easy checkout option on their phones. Making this an option by charging for it is an irritant which might affect whether some would look elsewhere for a room.

Bottleworks Hotel
The hotel is amazing, the rooms are unique and I love how the old coke factory is incorporated into the hotel. Only downside is the distance of elevators to some of the rooms, which understandably is a difficult obstacle to deal with for a building with a large foot print. We’ll be back!
