"I loved this opportunity to stay in Ingram, at the East entrance to the Northumberland National Park. This B&B is luxurious, quiet and lovely, with great food and atmosphere. There is easy access to beautiful walks in and above the Breamish Valley. I would definitely stay here again."

"The room was very big and spacious. It was very clean and came with en suite too. There was a back door to the car parking area, which was a nice touch to load/unload your cases. The bar was nice with seating areas for food in the evening, just like a restaurant. The food was exceptional in the evening and at breakfast. The service was too. Staff were very friendly and courteous. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it."

"Mark is super helpful. The bed in the family suite was really comfortable and the breakfast was decent, included cereals, fruit, tea, coffee, fruit juice and the usual cooked selection with toast. The family suite room is well positioned and has sea views from both windows. Bamburgh is easily walkable from the B&B and there are dining options close by. "We stayed one night at the Tempus. The decor was beautiful, the bed comfortable, the food was very good, and the staff were friendly. The problem with the place is style over substance. While beautifully decorated and large, the lighting in the room was a nightmare. There simply wasn't enough nor was it in the right places. The wet room was even worse. The mirrors were not placed properly, there wasn't enough light to see yourself properly and if one were to take a shower the entire room...

"There was a large party downstairs (floor below) on the Saturday night we stayed there. Music from DJ was very loud and pounding/felt in our room until after midnight preventing sleep. The Restaurant was unavailable due to the party. I wouldn’t recommend booking a room on this property when the downstairs facilities are booked in this way."

"Look, don't get me wrong, it's not terrible by any means. It's just that for a hotel that's trying to play at this level, it struggles with some of the basics. If you're having a short stay there's no housekeeping by default, (which they don't tell you when you arrive) but there's only a small (non-heated) towel rail, so you're going to have soggy towels on day 2. Yes, there was a (small) sign in reception saying this, but it's the kind of thing it would be good for the receptionist to...
