"The home was authentic Jamaican, gated and secure. I arrived late in the day with an emerging dental emergency. The next morning this required immediate attention. The Hostess Tamara walked with me to a nearby Dental Centre to be successfully treated. As I returned and departed for the International Airport, the host Shane taxied me to the airport for a flat $25 rate as advertised, (airport taxis were asking for $35-$45 for the same transport.) The hosts were welcoming, attentive and gracious....

"Beautifully landscaped property, the unit was well appointed, clean and comfortable. We set up an additional bed in the living room and it worked out perfectly! The hostess was lovely and helpful. I would stay there again!"

The food is good and the cocktails are wicked. Redefined the rum punch for me. You can’t have “just one” if you’re the designated driver or it will be a cab home."

The rooms were immaculately maintained and the decor complimented the architectural period of the cottages. We woke up early to witness a magnificent sunrise then enjoy a fresh delicious breakfast. From Demario who greeted us upon our arrival to Kevin who assisted us with our luggage to Jassett who exemplified customer...

The host sent me a text message that they were trying to get in touch with me and because they did not hear from me they canceled the booking. They also said they refunded my payment. I do not think Hotels.com should risk their reputation by having this kind of listing. DONOT BOOK THIS PLACE"

"I love staying at the Courtleigh Hotel! This was my third stay there. It is a wonderful hotel. The property is clean and the rooms are well kept. The staff is extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. The food is delicious. I love the location. It is walking distance from other food options and the Kingston depot of the Knutsford Express, a bus which will take you to other parishes in Jamaica. I will gladly return to the Courtleigh Hotel my next time in Kingston."

"the grounds were well kept. The apt was clean and clean linen was available. But be sure to bring your own TP you get only one roll. The front door was sticking. there was a little problem starting the clothes washer. All else worked. treadmill was broken. their workout space needed updating. AC was in the living room only. None in the bedroom.. The AC had some impact in the bedroom. Could see some mountain view."

"*SCAM ALERT* I booked this place and paid upfront for 3nights. When it was close to check-in time, I called and was as told over the phone by the host that they do not take last minute bookings. They never refunded me nor answered the rest of my calls."
