"The front desk staff was polite and accommodating. The bedroom was clean and had no unpleasant smells. The bathroom was clean and the shower curtain was spotless. The restaurant staff was polite and attentive. Kalliesha was my server for both dinner and breakfast and she was courteous and polite to everyone. She encouraged me to try dessert which was delicious and a generous helping of bread pudding hit the spot for me. If I have to visit Kingston again, it will be at Altamonte Court Hotel."

The agent that I spoke with was very apologetic and very professional and courteous. Overall my stay was excellent. "Ms Jodi and Mr Jerry were the most gracious hosts. They were only a phone call away and ready to help. They had a poster board with a list of local shopping and site seeing sites. We shopped for our groceries and cooked our own meals. Our space felt so comfortable we were able to focus on our trip without the stress of worrying about being in cramped spaces or being a bother to others. "No official airport transfer was mentioned by another guest. However, they can arrange a taxi for the airport trip. The pool is small rectangular shaped. Mainly if you want to walk. The restaurant is on the roof top with the pool in the middle. There is a bar. Nice view of the city with a breeze."

"I did not like that I Paid for a room with 2 beds and got a room with one bed and sofa bed. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and my family and I had to wait until the next day to get the right room. That was a big turn off. I love breakfast, always good."
