"Room could have been much cleaner. Restaurant was very unorganized. I wanted a coffee to go, server realized no one had restocked the to go cups. Wanted to pay with cash, server realized there was no money in cash register. Second day, server didn't know how to make coffee. At dinner, there were only a few things to eat from the whole menu because someone forgot to put in the order for restocking of food. Hotel charged my credit card $130 for no reason on top of the $400 hold for two rooms...

"This is not a 4 star hotel as rated online. The bed was completely saggy on both sides, the pillows were quite firm and chosen for people with broad shoulders, very puffy. I asked for a different pillow and was told that there is only one type of pillow in the hotel. The push window opened, but there was no way to close it again. The fan in the bathroom sounded like a plane was landing in there... I asked for a quiet room, and they delivered on that. The people at the front desk were courteous...

"The location is great! But the staff all seemed to be preoccupied on their cell phones …all the time. One of the female staffers was extremely rude after I made several attempts to upgrade my room because I was staying 5 days. She then calls on a male manager, he said he would check on my situation, he then begins to take a personal call with his ear bug in his ear talking in a foreign language right in front of me. The two of them did not realize I was a business owner trying to conduct...

"Das Zimmer war insgesamt sehr sauber, bis auf ein paar kleine eingebrannte Flecken auf der Bettdecke war alles wirklich einwandfrei. Ansonsten habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt: Das Zimmer war angenehm ruhig, es gab die Möglichkeit zur kostenlosen Zimmerreinigung (nach kurzer Anmeldung am Vortag), und das Personal war durchweg freundlich. Besonders schön war auch die Aussicht, gerade mit Stadtblick lohnt sich das Zimmer wirklich."
