"Rooms are very small Image of the hotel is much bettrr than it actually is. The breakfast is minimal. For an extra toast I was charged 5.00 USD. Cappuchino instead of American coffee - extra charge. Lobby is very very small. cannot meet anybody there"

"The room was very well laid out and very clean. The buffet breakfast had a large variety of items. The food was good. The staff was helpful and friendly.We needed transportation to the airport and a staff member set that up for us. The driver was professional and did a great job getting us to the airport .Overall it was a great stay. We always choose Residence Inn Marriotts and have never been disappointed."

"I was planning a trip to NYC for my birthday. From my previous travels,I’ve experienced hotels in the past that hide fees.I called the hotel to get some information; they were so professional and warm from the very first moment that I bought my package right away. We checked in at 1AM and didn't pay a single extra cent. Everyone from the front deskstaff and security to the housekeeping team was incredibly polite and friendly. The hotel smelled wonderful, and our room smelled like home!!...

"The staff were amazing, attentive, polite and just wonderful. The room was clean, comfy bed and pillows. Bathroom and shower was great. And refreshing, especially since NYC was having a heat wave. Reception provided bottles or water, complimentary. The bar was fun, and service and food delicious. We had breakfast each morning and it was amazing. You must try the multigrain bread. Fabulous! Overall 5/5 and we will gladly stay here again on our next NYC trip."
