"Not fancy, but all good and excellent location within walking distance of MOMA, Central Park, subway, and Broadway plays. Nice sitting room on 2nd floor where our group of 6 ate pizza and played games one night. Empty water bottles available in some halls to fill with filtered water. Would definitely stay here on a future visit."

"Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zimmer sind schön sauber und überall duftet es sehr gut. Die Lage ist ideal und perfekt. Jedoch sind die Zimmer schon sehr klein - zu zweit ist es ziemlich eng - und extrem hellhörig. Leider ist zwischen Bad und Zimmer auch nur eine Schiebetür die nicht vollständig schliesst. Zum Frühstück gibt es Kaffee, Tee, Wasser und süsse Teilchen. Es sind auch mehrere sehr gute Cafes in der Umgebung mit tollen Frühstücksangeboten."

"Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten raus. Dadurch war es sehr ruhig. Die Kaffeemaschine und der Kühlschrank sind toll, damit kann man das Frühstück etc. sehr individuell gestalten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Schönes Zimmer und auch Badezimmer. Sehr gerne wieder!"

"Great location, clean rooms and helpful staff. Rooms are very small, slightly larger than a cruise ship cabin, but it is New York. The bathrooms are also very tiny and tight. The bathrooms also have opaque glass on the sliding door that opens right onto the King Bed, which woke my wife up when I would get up to run in the morning. "Absolutely ideal location in the theater district. The hotel lobby and the rooms are charming, a little bit funky (in a good way) and don’t have a “chain hotel” vibe. An excellent, non-buffet breakfast was included at a delightful restaurant that is immediately proximate to the lobby. The staff were warm, helpful, receptive, and personable. I would be delighted to stay here again."

"The hotel is really dated. Everything looks old but not good old. Attention was very good. Room service expensive but good. Housekeeping didnt do our room one day (they forgot to return) and they didnt give attention to little details. Bed ok, pillows terrible. Probably not returning."
