"Great location. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the use of the USB charging port in the clock for phone charging without the need for adaptors. Shower was warm enough and spacious with plenty of towels and towelling robes. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the Doorman Carl was great. Only real downside was the dreadful breakfast which had been our primary reason to book. We had expected it to be so good having read reviews but the included breakfast menu...

"Room was beautiful and clean. The room I got didn’t have the Bryant park view but it was peaceful and quiet at night. Hydration station is so useful and I truly appreciated the staff for being so welcoming. The only downside is how long the elevator takes. Other than that, 5 stars."
