"Years ago we would stay at Extended Stays but they went down hill and ultimately ended up with the worst reviews. That was 15-20 yrs ago. "The room was very cold. I waited a long time for the maintenance man who said I needed to turn the heat on. When he did that the thermostat kept going back to the colder temperature. Also the bathroom sink didn't work and he had to put in a new drain piece. Thermometer was very clean and tidy. Staff was helpful and breakfast was excellent."

"Now days a hotel with no working phone, lightbulbs not working in the bathroom and hair dryers in poor condition is unacceptable. Place is dated and with significant maintenance issues. For one night and a little over $100 not worth it. Very unfortunate!"

"Staff were friendly, however our room was a little beat up, and had a noticeable odor. Not enough to request a different room for a family of tired travelers, though. If it had been earlier, I would have asked for a different room. The breakfast was good in the morning with quite a few options. As with many of the local hotels, they do charge for parking and it’s not included in the Expedia price."

"Was on 3rd floor Very loud room above until late and early in the morning. Loud jumping. Pounding Had important cross country trip had to stop hour later due to zero sleep. Asked staff for help None. I will never go to a Holiday inn again paper thin walls and ceilings very poor construction Paid almost $200 for room and zero sleep. Lesson learned. Lots of kids above me no supervision. Worst stay ever had in 30 years of traveling. I usually do no leave reviews. Terrible"
