"Years ago we would stay at Extended Stays but they went down hill and ultimately ended up with the worst reviews. That was 15-20 yrs ago. I booked here on chance only because reviews were so good and the price and location were ideal. I was shocked. ES has had a complete reformation. "The room was very cold. I waited a long time for the maintenance man who said I needed to turn the heat on. When he did that the thermostat kept going back to the colder temperature. Also the bathroom sink didn't work and he had to put in a new drain piece. Thermometer was very clean and tidy. Staff was helpful and breakfast was excellent."

"Now days a hotel with no working phone, lightbulbs not working in the bathroom and hair dryers in poor condition is unacceptable. Place is dated and with significant maintenance issues. For one night and a little over $100 not worth it. Very unfortunate!"

"Was on 3rd floor Very loud room above until late and early in the morning. Loud jumping. Pounding Had important cross country trip had to stop hour later due to zero sleep. Asked staff for help None. I will never go to a Holiday inn again paper thin walls and ceilings very poor construction Paid almost $200 for room and zero sleep. Lesson learned. Lots of kids above me no supervision. Worst stay ever had in 30 years of traveling. I usually do no leave reviews. Terrible"
