"We stayed one night at the Holiday Inn Express in Santa Fe while in transit to Tucson, and we were so pleased with the stay. The staff was helpful at check-in and check-out. The breakfast was excellent in terms of the variety of choices available. Parking was easy."

NO mention on booking website for a 10.00 XX fee? Which covers, wait for it, a shuttle to attractions? what a true shame, Had such high hopes and they screw and screw and screw the consumer. NO mention of a 10,00 ‘destination fee’ even by front deskstaff when checking in. fee signs all over even at ice...

"This place is ghetto but I guess that’s what you get for the price. The reviews did not reflect the property. Our towel rod was broken, tub stained from god knows what. While place smelt like cigarette masking spray. Will pay the extra 30$ to never stay here again lol. "

Not crazy about the breakfast experience..staff appears to be hassled, overworked and distracted. Orders are not always completed accurately. Need improvement in this area."
