I can see the vision where they thought the shower was deep enough to prevent water from going out of the shower but no…. "We ordered a room, and paid for a specific room. The hotel was apparently going through “random renovations.” However, no one communicated with us and informed us of any change in our stay. We understand the issue with using a third party site. Although we used a third party site, the hotel staff was not only rude when explaining the situation, but they were unwilling to compensate us in any way shape or form. Moreover, we did not receive any form of communication from the hotel about the change...

"Staff treated us as if we were bothering them. The hallways were loud, no staff addressed that. Beds uncomfortable. Carpets were not clean in halls or our room. We also asked for clean towels at 8am when we left the hotel only to return later at nearly 4pm with no clean towels to use. We had to wait for staff to handle this which took some of our precious vacation time away from us. No apology for the clean towel issue, only excuses. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
