Goed gelegen net buiten de stadsring in een aangename buurt, op slechts 10 minuutjes wandelen ben je aan de Planty. Op de weg van het hotel naar het stadscentrum zijn er heel goede restaurants, met zowel Pools als internationale keuken. "Excellent location on the edge of Old Town. Property modern and as described. Felt secure with 24 hour reception otherwise a room safe would have been a useful addition. Very clean and quiet during our stay. Very good breakfast. All staff very helpful and friendly will definitely stay here again when visiting Krakow."

"I loved the decor and the quietness at night. The breakfast was good, it could do with some fruit salads etc and some items for milk free/ lactose intolerant. Getting a bottle of fizz was a nice touch on arrival but it was very sweet not like a nice cava or prosecco. It's great for a 3* hotel/ 4* ."

"I liked my room, staff were helpful and willing, friendly atmosphere, clean room and hotel. Location in town was good. The only thing that stood out and didn't enjoy was the breakfast. From the scrambled eggs, bacon, sauces, to the desserts and deviled eggs. It was hard to like anything served. So I didn't come back on other mornings, even those with my booking it was included."

"Lovely friendly staff at this hotel (as is usual in this hotel chain). Room was fine. Clean, decent shower, coffee machine, fridge, safe, comfortable bed….. Shower leaked a little but other than all was good. Only downside for us is that there is no provision at all for vegans - no vegan wine, nothing on room service menu (based on this we never tried breakfast). This is unusual for a Leonardos hotel in our experience. Overall a great centrally located hotel,"
