"I had an excellent stay at Hotel Krakow during a trip with my sister, and the whole experience was wonderful from beginning to end. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully presented, giving us the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. "Chambre et hôtel très propre et très moderne. Par contre l'emplacement pas top. Loin du centre-ville surtout que les trams étaient hors service pendant notre séjour. Nous avons pris exprès l'hôtel la à cause du Spa, mais c'était une catastrophe. Il y a une limitation de 30 personnes sans réservation donc il faut faire la queue. Pas relaxant du tout à cause du bruit les gens ne respectent pas et le personnel ne n'intervient pas, même pour le massage qui a été au top mais malheureusement...

L’hotel si trova in una posizione centrale e ottimale per raggiungere tutti i punti della città sia a piedi sia con i mezzi pubblici ed è vicinissimo al centro storico. "Krakow is a walkable city, and this hotel provides a very good base; just a ten minute walk to the main square. Rooms are not large, but fine. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom well equipped. The breakfast was excellent with an exceptional selection of food that should meet all tastes."
