"The only issue was a bed that was too hard. But, we all have our preferences. I told the guest clerk as I checked out and he took note of it. Best stay in Krakow!!"

"Fantastic hotel. Located next to massive park and only 30 mins by walk to old town. The staff couldnt be any more helpful, everybody was superb. Spatious room and comfortable beds. Perfect for weekend break or longer stay."

"It is close to the airport and was a great place to stay."

"Super clean hotel, breakfast was really filling with loads of options. Staff were helpful, and there was water access on the floor."

"Good location and nice decor. Soft towels and pillows. Only downside was that the windows don't open and the room was too warm even on the lowest a/c setting."

"i left because the staff was rude and place did not meet expectations i stayed only 4 hours "

"The room was average. The staff wasn't available at all. Even they didn't leave the keys for us, we had to call them many times and they weren't answering our calls. Terrible service."

"One of the nicest suites for the price yet. Will stay again."

"The apartment was spotless. I arrived late and while in constant communication with the Host, they were very accommodating. The apartment itself was lovely and the location perfect. Only a ten minute walk to the center of Old Town. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Excellent boutique hotel in a very good area. Close to the river, the castle and the main square. Staff were very attentive. Breakfast was amazing as was dinner in the restaurant Gavi. We can’t wait to return next year!"
