"The location was good and the room was clean and the front desk staff that checked us in were very nice. That’s the only good things I can say. Our room was as bright as the sun when the lights were turned off as it faced north with a parking lot and no blackout curtains. We were on the first floor and there is no sound proofing between floors. We heard every footstep from the second floor. It was so noisy. The upstairs room woke up at 3:30 am. "Room was clean, but just old."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the parking area felt safe, which we appreciated. One issue was the extremely strong detergent smell in the room, which affected our breathing. The front desk mentioned a fragrance free detergent was purchased but may not have been used. Hopefully this can be corrected, as soon as possible!"

"To bad, this place has potential, unfortunately the heater didn't work, but was provided a plug in. GFI however was broken. Toilet wasn't attached to the floor, the waste & overflow on the tub was hanging off. Had two remotes for the tv, one for volume & other for channels. On a good not, great hot water & pressure. Parking is very tight."

"We had to switch 2 rooms due to, first, out of order toilet flush and second, out of order refrigerator (as we had perishable food with us that needed refrigeration). Fortuantely, the staff was very good and understood our urgency and gave us a better room per our requirement."
