"The food was wonderful and very fresh! The beds were very comfortable! Each room is thermostatically controlled and has its own charm. The floors and stairs are creaky but adds to the charm of an old home. Laurie is such a great host! We enjoyed her company very much! She made our stay so nice! We would definitely stay there again!"

The house is old and beautiful, my curiosity of growing up near this property made me want to stay here instead of Hampton Inn. "Paul was a great host. Showed us around the property and our room. Was very polite and welcoming. This is a very quite place and perfect for a couples get away. We had the tower room which has a whirl pool at the top. Me and my wife loved this place. The property has a gazebo, fire place and a small pond with waterfall. Wry relaxing"

"The breakfast and service were great. The house and rooms were clean.I would have liked more than one bottle of water per person for a two night stay. The hot tea,coffee and cookies were nice but there weren’t mugs to use."
