"Older, outdated hotel, though the floor had just been redone. Terrible mattresses. Heat/AC sounded like a B2 bomber. Toilet lid couldn't open all the way because of recently installed counter behind it. Had to maneuver under said counter to flush the top-mounted flush buttons on the toilet. I’ve since received a call at 9am telling me they would debit a second card on file if I didn’t call by 6pm the same day, however, they took it upon themselves to debit the wrong card by 9:41am not allowing me the time to get to my bank and have a new card printed since my bank...
