"The lady at the front desk, when we checked in, was very polite and accommodating. The room was very clean and spacious. The AC worked very well. Breakfast was good. The hotel was easy to access and parking was easy. I would definitely stay here again"

ON SUNDAY MORNING ONE STAFF TOLD MY WIFE AND ME WE COULD GET ANYTHING THAT WAS ALREADY OUT[ IT WAS EARLY 5- 10 MINUTES SOME PEOPLE WERE ALREADY EATING] I WAS LOOK AT THE SERVING AREA TO SEE WHAT WAS OUT ANOTHER STAFF TOLD ME TO WAIT THAT BREAKFAST DID NOT START UNTILL 7 AM SHE LEFT AND OTHER PEOPLE SHOWED UP AND STARTED EATING! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THAT HOTEL!!"

"Do not book here! Roaches and poop towels !!! We couldn’t get a refund , so we requested another room and that room had roaches as well. The rooms are humid and sticky ! Breakfast items are spoiled and old . The towels and bedding was dirty and we even pulled a poop towel from the stack of “clean” towels. My daughter caught a stomach virus from this hotel . Literally the worst hotel stay we’ve ever had, just save your money and book elsewhere!"

"Worst hotel experience we have ever had. We were running late for our arrival given some storms that we were having to drive-through. I called ahead of time to make sure that getting a late check out the next day would not be an issue and I was told that it would be a problem. Upon arrival to the hotel, the very rude front desk person, told us that she could not guarantee our late checkout that I would need to speak to the person that got there after 7 AM We arrived at 5 o’clock in the morning...

"Roof leaking in ballroom bathrooms not clean the lobby and ballrooms where extremely hot they put out fans to help push air around but didn’t help much"
