"Loved riding over on the boat! Beautiful resort and great rooms. Service was wonderful in restaurants, honestly wasn’t impressed with gal in coffee shop. She seemed put out when getting your coffee and nobody was ever in there. Very very quiet… no beach walking unfortunately. Food was outstanding in my opinion."

"Maria’s is a great place to stay! They provide free coffee, juice and toast/french toast daily. Buho’s is the beach bar connected to the hotel with direct access to the beach. You can rent golf carts right outside the hotel and there’s a fruit stand with fresh coconut/pineapple and massages on the beach! Always a great time!"

"I'll be honest. I was expecting a lot more from this hotel. You can't approach the rooms without walking through sand and with your feet covered in sand, there is nowhere to wash your feet outside of your room. In other words, we had sand all over our floor everyday. The water pressure was absolutely horrible in the showers. You turn the shower on at full blast and all you get is a mere trickle. "We just completed our 5-day stay at Maria's Kan Kin in Isla Mujeres, and it was wonderful. This is a beautiful, quiet boutique hotel with amazing breakfasts included in the room rate. We enjoyed lunch and dinner at the hotel every day. While the food was a little pricey, it was absolutely delicious, so we didn't mind paying for the quality and experience.
