"Just got back from Majestic Mirage Costa Mujeres and honestly—easy 5 stars. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. Our butler, Val, was absolutely incredible. Every time we needed anything, she was there immediately—friendly, attentive, and truly made the whole experience seamless. 100% worth it. Huge shoutout to Israel at the main bar—this guy is next level. We gave him a rough idea of what we liked and just let him do his thing… and wow. Every drink he made was creative and spot-on. Easily one of the highlights of the trip. The room was amazing—we stayed in a Sky View plunge pool suite with a king bed and absolutely loved it. Nothing but great things to say. Having that private plunge pool and the overall setup just made the experience even better. The food? Five stars across the board. The Italian restaurant was so good we kept going back for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And the steakhouse… unreal. Anything you order, you’re going to love. The nighttime entertainment was a blast every single night. The Queen tribute show was incredible, the Michael Jackson performance was seriously impressive, and everything they put on was just fun and high energy. We looked forward to it every night. The entire resort delivers—service, atmosphere, food, everything. Couldn’t say enough good things. And oddly enough… best resort hair dryers ever. No joke. My wife hasn’t stopped talking about it—they’re that good. We’ll definitely be back."

"Loved our stay at SLS. All of the staff were amazing especially the bartenders in the Monkey Bar and in the pool bar. The staff bringing drinks on the beach were amazing as well and work so hard. The sand was great, the lounge chairs were fantastic and plentiful. Not a resort where you have to get up at 6am and save spots. Also, no towel cards, amazing and please never change it. The food at Ziggys was amazing, best guacamole ever. The booked restaurants were hit and miss, the Mexican food was not great, and most of the restaurants take 2 hours to eat and the food comes warm at best. The really only complaint was the music by the adult pool. It’s never ending overly loud and no one wants techno and house music from 10am-4pm. We just want to relax by the pool and on the beach. You can’t even drown out the music with headphones. I heard so many complaints by so many people, we asked but nothing was ever done about it. It’s ok to party by the pool but no one was into the music being played. Other than that, would highly recommend, but if the music doesn’t change it would probably stop us returning to this resort it was that bad. "

"Limited Restaurants, Buffet only in morning. Restaurants close without notice and few open get too busy. Even there app will show all restaurants open but not the case. Property and staff are excellent "

"Atelier is the perfect hotel for a great getaway. This is my second time here, and honestly, I don’t think any other hotel can top my experience. Everything about Atelier is amazing the food, the restaurants, the activities, the drinks, and the service. I want to give a big shoutout to Marcos and Jesus, who were the perfect servers by the pool always very attentive and on top of bringing us our drinks. We also want to thank the Arts & Experience team for keeping us entertained by the pool. They are all amazing Brandom has such a great personality, and Jessie and Corina are so sweet and kind. We took a piñata class and attended some evening events, which made the experience even more special. This place is exactly what you need to disconnect and have an amazing time..."

"Hotel is new , well cleaned daily , drinks at bar at not the best didnt really like , food at restraunts and service was not good , buffet food was better and large variety . Entertainment was good , club was small but had great music . check in was good very accomadating , we had a early flight and they give us a room earlier than regular check in time of 3 pm . check out they charged me $25 because i have red hair and i tinted the pillow cases when they wash that it comes right off , they didnt care about how i felt about it i asked for a manager and manager is not on site or available when you ask for them or your need them ."

"As always we are very pleased with the hospitality provided by staff and management of All Ritmo. Since 2010 for many years we visited the resort with our daughters and their husbands and their children, our 5 grand kids. Weather, ocean, sand, sun and always smiling and helpful staff were the sure features that keep us coming back. Aqua Park, night shows, kids club, activities are additional aspects of our favourite place. And we know the comparisons, we were in few other beautiful resorts in Mexico but we will come back to All Ritmo…🏝️🏖️🐠"
