Kasino di Isla Mujeres

"Great breakfast"

"The location of this hotel is amazing and the hotel itself was gorgeous. Food is not the best but we did only breakfast and not all inclusive."

"Unique & clean. They think of everything including hairdryer, toaster etc. Really very nice & great location!"

"Wonderful family stay at Casa Azul Maya! We did have a ground floor room which was a bit more humid - but the AC kept it cool and it was fine for all of us. Beds were comfortable, staff helpful and room was cleaned everyday with fresh bath and beach towels as needed. The partnership with Loretta’s was perfect; amazing breakfasts, access to pool and ocean were picturesque. South side of the island is much calmer and slower pace -with great food, coffee and Punta Sur—- we’d come back in a heart...

"👍"

"The room was great & clean! Lovely view from the balcony. Great location near the ferry terminal. We just didn’t use the pool because you have to go out of the hotel, and enter via the restaurant next door."

"We had an issue with our door lock/keycards we got 5 different sets of key cards due to the faulty lock on the door. We had the do not disturb sign out and cleaning staff still entered our room. Elevator in our building was not operable We had a hard time getting beach towels every day and getting a beach palapa was impossible. The chairs are also very far from the water Breakfast again was just ok not hot buffet style No sink even though we had a suite, For being an all Inclusive...

"Great pool area and beach access."

"La ubicación es excelente"

"Very good customer service, very nice and very clean, the food was amazing, I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel 💯 % recommend it."

"Good place for youger party crowd. A lot of noise from the street if your rooms out front. Plumbing and water pressure lousy. Had to ask for toilet paper."

"The room and property was stunning and we had an unbelievable time. If you don’t stay here you’ll regret it!"

"No abrieron el bar que por qué era “temporada baja” Terrible por qué hubiera escogido otro lugar."

"Harper clean room. air was"

"Todo muy bien, solo que en la regadera no salía el agua caliente"

"Due to the humidity the sheets in the room would feel wet. Once I figured out the correct setting to put it on it helped a lot. Due to the type of shower head they have it floods the bathroom and around the corner to the hallway. So beware. The hot water is hot but a minimal stream. There is construction going on so be aware of that."
