"First time back in a few years. Property is starting to show its age especially in the pool area with many missing pool tiles. Good was good not great for an upscale resort. Bbq stands around the resort were really good especially the ribs!"

"Hotel is beautiful and clean some stuff are very friendly some no so much but that’s normal Everywhere you go. Beware and wake up really early to get a spot at the splash pad if you’re taking kids people camp out there since 8 am. Also make sure you schedule your dinner reservations as soon as you get there if not you will be stuck eating either at the Buffett or room services. Because they are the only ones that aren’t open a bit later."

"The property need a little upgrade. The breakfast is very bad but lunches and dinners are good. The bathrooms are very clean but they can add paper towel for seats. The staff are friendly but all dinners has to be booked in advanced and hard to switch as no space available or you have to eat late around 9:30. The shows are just ok. The Mexican festival on Monday is good for kids not for adult. They have a nice beach where with a wide spread. We were in July and had very little seaweed. The bar...

"The room was not properly cleaned before check-in. There was a half-finished bottle of water in the refrigerator and a used cotton swab left near the bed. On my last day (July 7), I was out from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, but my room was still not cleaned when I returned. I had to call / go to the front desk before housekeeping came. I hope the hotel pays more attention to cleanliness and housekeeping service in the future."
