"What an AWESOME experience. My wife and I have been to the Caribbean a few times, three times to Cancun. We have never had a better experience than here at this spectacular resort.

Arrival champagne, personnel escort to the Excellence Club; an easy check in, then onto a swim up suite that you have EVERYTHING you could ask for. Great location, out the door into a pool with a personal hammock you can share with your loved one. A large pool and hot tub, right outside your room and a bar within 50 feet. The main pool was closer, a great view of the pool and beach.
The kept the minibar well stocked with our beverages and snacks of choice, all included in the package. 24 hour room service and the service was fantastic. A restaurant dedicated to the Excellence Club, a buffet which really is not a buffet, it is a Global Foodcourt. Breakfast and lunch was absolutely AWESOME each day we went,
The restaurant on the beach has the BEST fish & chips I have had in years. The Smash burgers in the Sports Bar were totally insane and went great with all the college and NFL games. Coming here on a weekend, you will be able to watch your favorite NFL teams here.
The people were awesome. We spent a week, we received the Hydro-Therapy via our trip booking through Expedia - wow what a treat.
