Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres - Adults Only - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Me and my spouse stayed at Secrets Playa Blanca in June 2026 and we absolutely loved it. We will most definitely be back. It was in a perfect location with beautiful beaches. The atmosphere was amazing. The cleanliness was great I noticed that they cleaned our room daily like two times a day and they offer turn-down service. The breakfast was good and their bars, restaurants were also good. They are very eco-friendly. There was a lot of amenities. A lot of things to do on resort base. The service was great. The entire staff was always nice, respectful accommodating, very friendly. Including our butlers Eddy and Leticia, they were truly the best. They were very accommodating to all of our needs. We booked the preferred club, oceanfront master suite. It was stunning great value for everything that it offered. And the noise level was good. We barely heard anything from our suite. I enjoyed my time there and I will most definitely be back. I didn't want to leave."

Villa del Palmar Cancun All Inclusive Beach Resort & Spa
8/10 Good
"Resort is beautiful but just know this is where the new Cancun is developing and not like old Cancun. There’s no nearby shops or restaurants. Have to take taxi or uber out to experience it. Resort is kept nice but limited options to only 5 dinner places, 1 buffet breakfast, and 2 place for lunch. There isn’t a stand alone snack or ice cream stand. No game room/arcade. The pool chairs are reserved early by guests throwing a towel on it so be ready to get up before 730 to go down get a chair. Staff was friendly and helpful but some will haggle you for a tip even though all inclusive means included but I still tipped a few dollars for each service. Almost expecting it which makes it annoying with the double tipping. Spa was wonderfully but little overpriced but that’s the tourist tax! Was charged an additional $68 tip at a restaurant that I didn’t approve and had to dispute! I only left cash for additional. Beach wasn’t so nice due to all the seaweed and extras so it wasn’t clear like you expecting. Out of the 5 pool (1 was adult only, 1 kiddo, 1 vip) so for families. You only have the two main pools to use."

"Great resort for families"

Beloved Playa Mujeres - Couples Only All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"Another terrific stay at Beloved. As everyone notes, the staff are so helpful and kind. To me, the biggest draw is how quiet the resort is. It’s not small, there are plenty of pools, lovely size beach, big spa and nice sized gym. It’s just the fact that you NEVER have to worry about getting a lovely bed at the beach or pool. You don’t have to get up early and reserve your spot, which I’ve found you must do at a bunch of these resorts. You never wait for drinks or food service at the pool and beach. It’s lovely. The gym is clean and well-equipped. Three treadmills, a spin bike, a rower and 2 ellipticals. Separate rooms with kettlebells, TRX, etc. The complimentary hydrotherapy is wonderful - worth doing! Sushi and the cafe were the best food. We loved the quesadilla and French fries from the beach menu (but we did miss the ceviche from 2 years ago!). They have upped their wine game - both the rose and Sav Blanc were very solid. Steak at Lupita was delicious and perfectly cooked. I love El Mar - great fish and the ceviche at lunch is delicious. We didnt eat at Isla because we were only there 3 days. Le Bisou was our least favorite for dinner. Rooms were huge. We had a junior ocean suite which didn’t have much of a view of the ocean, but we didn’t care at all as we were only sleeping in the room. I think you can really get a better value than Beloved if you value a high quality, intimate all inclusive."
