"I was over charged for my stay for days I wasn’t there. Management and booking reservations weren’t nice and threat that if leave would take days to get a refund or maybe never get my money back. The room’s shower has mold and didn’t clean, they even went to checked, one night were no towels and the back door wasn’t locked, was garbage under the bed and the tv table. "BEWARE! This was our 3rd trip to The Grand MP in the last 12 months. This will be our last. Each time we have been, more & more restrictions, less inclusions. They admitted to having higher room categories available yet refused to honour my upgrade. The manager at the front desk, Jesus, was very rude to me. Book something else. This is not the place. No updating has happened to the older buildings. They just completed construction on some of the newer buildings. They look incredible. But...

"We stayed at the resort for 6 nights. Beautiful resort, and the staff was amazing. However only 3 restaurants were open we understood that we were going during the “slow season” but they food was subpar. If they had rotated restaurants or menus maybe could have been better, but who knows. Drinks obviously were watered down. Again staff was amazing, rooms were clean, pools cleaned, and they had fun activities daily."
