It is very clean in general except the shower place wall has mold between the tiles because it has no fan in the bathroom. The location is ok. It is not very far from the downtown. Room lighting is a bit dim and no individual thermostat controls. It did get a bit warm, but there was a patio with lovely breeze. Easily walkable distance to the bus pickups and shops. "
