"There was a lot of issues around parking and space, the floor around the toilet was stained with urine, the toilet ran all night and there was old Chinese food under the bed and there were sauce stains on the carpet (we didn't have Chinese food) I understand we went on a busy weekend and staff we're so, so busy - but the room was not cleaned at all.
