"Do not judge this hotel from the outside appearance. From the moment of check-in, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The decor is perhaps a little dated, but everything is clean (in fact spotless). A really comfortable room and very little noise from either internal or external sources. Plenty of parking space. Food was really good and the portions generous. The visitor book is full of superlatives."

"We’ve stayed at Kingsmill a number of times before and have always had an enjoyable stay. The rooms are consistently tidy and clean, and the bathrooms are immaculate. That said, the bedrooms themselves could probably do with a little freshening up, and we were surprised that there were no fridges in the rooms, which seems unusual for a hotel of this standard. The staff are all very friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was really enjoyable, with a great choice of both cooked and continental options. The pool and leisure facilities were the one area where we felt slightly let down. While the pool, sauna and steam room are all perfectly adequate, the facilities as a whole feel like they could do with some updating. In particular, the changing rooms are looking rather tired and would definitely benefit from a complete revamp. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and would happily return, but the leisure facilities and bedrooms could use some investment to bring them up to the standard we would expect from the hotel."

"We stayed in the double-bedroom in 1st floor (1st floor above the street). Bathroom and kitchen used with 4 other people. Price in comparison to value you get is excellent! Only small remark: smell of Cleaning product was quite intensive. People with sensitive nose may find it too iintensive.But this might be changed easily."

"The apartment was clean in a nice quiet residential area. With plenty of parking. Close to where we were visiting family. Also close to shops , Tesco Aldis. and a few others. The informational letter contained all that we needed to know. Also nice not having to check in and out. Only recommendation would be a pizza pan, another small fry pan. We plan on staying again in the future."
