"We loved the location being so near the Culloden battlefield and Clava Cairns. Additionally, Inverness was a short drive with easy access. The property was lovely and we took advantage of walking the gardens. The library and drawing rooms were perfect to enjoy a cocktail and the breakfast and dinner were terrific. Lastly, the staff were personable and helpful."

"The main property was nice but don’t be deceived. There is an outbuilding where we were placed. It was old, carpets dirty, and just not what I expected for the price we paid. The grounds are nice but this is located in the city in a neighborhood. I felt it was misrepresented. That said, their scones were good."

"This was a minimal service hotel, it was obvious they were cutting corners everywhere they could. There was no one at the desk except around check-in time & random other moments. I never saw any cleaning staff (or evidence they did any cleaning). There was no door tag to ask for housekeeping to clean the room. I have a receipt that a half deposit was paid but they charged the full fee. I asked when someone was there, they checked & said Expedia cancelled the reservation, but it was still active....

"Close to the railway station, comfortable room, easy check-in, and friendly,welcoming staff. The breakfast was very good. The washroom is small but perfectly adequate. We liked it!"

"Spacious, well-appointed and comfortable room, uniformly polite and accommodating staff and a lovely on-site restaurant and bar in a historic distillery building made for a great stay. Only about a 15 minute walk from Inverness Centre, or a few minute bus ride, the Premier Inn on Millburn Road served as an excellent jumping off point for time in and around Inverness. The unlimited breakfast buffet offered a diversity of options and provided good value for the money. More than anything, however,...
