"Comfortable. Bed was nice. Heat and hot water. The staff at check in was warm and friendly. The tub and and floors could have been cleaner. There were some crumbs under a night stand and though the shower might have been passable for a rough week at home i dont think it would be a nice bath"

"Easy access from city centre, parking within property boundary. Situated to the west of the city so easy to head out to Loch Ness, Fort William and the west. Host was welcoming and helpful and everything was well laid out, from the bedroom (and sitting room extension) to the breakfast area lined with books to suit any reader! "

"The service was wonderful. The staff helped arrange things like taxis and a horse ride and made sure I got breakfast before an early morning tour (excellent scones!). They were especially accommodating on my last day when I was taking a late train, allowing me to shower and have a place to hang out for a little while in the late afternoon. "Helpful staff thank you for helping me getting my luggage to my room. Instructions to use shower said to wait for the main power switch light to turn green. Unless I misunderstood it stayed red, but the water got hot so I was able get a much needed shower. Room was clean, bed and pillows comfortable and affordable.Temperature comfortable. "This was one of the nicest B and B's we stayed at in our month-long trip to the UK. We met the owner and she was very nice and couldn't be more helpful and welcoming. The room was beautiful and had everything you could ever want including snacks and cold water in a small refridge. It was walkable to downtown and the parking was safe and on-site.
