Clean and spacious room, tea and coffee facilities included in the room, which was nice. More choice of tea would have been nice, for example a herbal tea option. Breakfast was great value for money, and the service was superb. The young lady was extremely pleasant and welcoming.

The Royal Oak Hotel
No soundproofing, loud bar could be heard until about midnight, then drunk people walking loudly around every ten minutes to get to their rooms or somewhere. Absolute comfort in the heart of the best part of town. Everything about it is quality, Mark was very friendly and helpful. Go to Big Shot Cafe for your breakfast and coffee.
