"The room was very dirty!!! No cleanliness , dirt everywhere, very unhappy with the stay !! Most importantly there were no air ventilation, the ceiling fan was useless , room was very hot and stuffy, only one window which was broken and dirty. No vent in the Toilet. On the whole very bad stay ever I had and I regret to book this hotel."

"When I first got into the room and opened the shower door, there was a horrible smell - think it was the drains. Luckily it dissipated before I went to bed and never came back - stayed for 2 nights. Location fabulous overlooking the beach and went to sleep with the sound of the waves ( very hot - window wide open ). Breakfast very good with a very lovely view. "The Woodvale is a pub with rooms. Our room was pleasant and was reasonably spacious. Bathroom had a shower and was very clean, although a little old. Staff were friendly and helpful. We ate in the pub which served decent food. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "
