"This hotel was such an amazing find! We loved every second of our stay, so we decided to extend it by two more nights! Everyone we met on the staff at the front desk, restaurants/bars, and on the maid service were so kind, welcoming, and helpful. We felt absolutely pampered! We had a rough travel journey and were immediately greeted with much needed ice cold lemon water and someone to carry our bags to our room. "Die Lage ist super, das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Klimaanlage ist schon sehr laut, aber diese kann man ausstellen. Immer wenn wir im Zimmer waren, haben wir die Klimaanlage ausgestellt. Mir persönlich ist das auch zu kalt. Das Hotel ist an einer Straße gelegen und man hört die vorbei fahrenden Fahrzeuge im Zimmer (wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Seite nahe der Straße). "Our room was ready prior to our check-in time and we could drop off our bags. There was a complimentary breakfast and we were able to get it to go for the morning. The hotel is clean and in a quiet area. There is an elevator to use if you have heavy luggage. The room has AC but there were difficulties lowering the temperature below 22C/72F. It is close to the bus and train station, about 10 minute walk."
