"The day after the Kona Low storm the open lobby was available for a wonderful hot breakfast. The staff were all very attentive and friendly, even though everything around them was affected. Our room was on the mauka side and the view in the morning was lovely. Quiet and well-kept, would definitely stay again"

"Great hotel in a convenient location. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The room was clean, staff was great. Our flight wasn't until 6pm so they gave us the option of coming back to the hotel after we had gone snorkeling to shower and clean up. It was a great option for us. Highly recommend!!!"

"The property itself was fine. I didnt like that they left opened condiments and a water bottle in the refrigerator. Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. My plane changed after booking so I had to extend my time with a late checkout, which I paid almost a whole day for to check out at 5 pm instead of 10 am. "Dan was a great host and the breakfast each morning was amazing. It felt like we were in actual Hawaii and not just another tourist hotel. he also showed us around the property and took extra time sharing about Kona coffee and gave us some delicious fruit right off the tree. "
