"This was a very clean hotel with incredibly attentive staff. Kudos for wearing sweaters for the holiday season!
The room was taken care of meticulously and we looked forward to coming back from a hot day's exploring. The welcome fruit and free minibar was a nice surprise.
The location was great. It was 3mins to the Sri Weld Food Court where we had several great meals and close to dozens of local restaurants. And being close to the shore meant getting to the Jetties and the local art tour...

"We booked a standard room but they upgraded it to deluxe room (a nice surprise to ease our tiredness after traveling on a plane) Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, breakfast is very good, room is spacious, overall we loved our stay at East Indies Mansion.
Tip: Don't forget to try the indian restaurant near the hotel (corner of lebuh pinang and lebuh china), their chicken kebab and cheese naan are delicious."
