Staff was helpful, but staff on the breakfast place and Sabrosa restaurant was Very slowly and didn’t casstomer focus.

Titanic City Taksim
It is a nice property but they really need to sort their central heating as you cant change the setting and in the night the temperature goes up to 27 degrees. Not a single night I had a pleasant sleep!!!

The hotel looks great esthetically. The rooms are much smaller than what the pictures make them seem. Very dated. The AC didnt work consistently it would cool for 5 mins and blow warm humid air The rest of the day. No storage in the room for long stays. The showering amenities like shampoo are really ...

The staff were a cut above and I so appreciate the excellence. Food was good and the location was good prepping for a morning departure. Recommend staying here.
