Location is perfect for tour sites and public transportation. Very helpfull staff and amazing service. Breakfast was excellent. We visited late April (still chilly at night) and the hotel had locked air conditioning to heat function only. It got hot at night and had to open windows to sleep.

Hotel Arcadia Blue Istanbul
