I never stay anywhere that makes me uncomfortable, and I have been here for a long time, because it feels safe and everyone is really nice. If I am still here, it must be good."

"Our hotel room was clean, bed sheets extra crispy. To prepare for surgery the next day I had to take two showers and the shower temp is regulated. That resulted in me having to take two luke-warm showers (evening and morning) which was most unpleasant. I have stayed at Hyatt’s where this was the case, I’d like them to allow for hotter water in the showers. We had trouble locating the parking garage entrance after checking in.
