"This was the second most best up place I’ve ever stayed at in the USA. No elevator and no rooms available on the first floor so my back hurts from carrying my super heavy suitcase up the stairs. It barely passed the test as somewhere I would sleep as it had clean sheets and most things appeared to be wiped down, but the floors (although uncarpeted which I greatly prefer as it avoids terrible odors etc)were pretty nasty with all kinds of smudges, scrapes, goobery stuff, the walls were...

"The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. The mini fridge had some issues, but management sent a maintenance person within an hour of request to check it out. It didn't want to stay cold. It would work, then not, back and forth. When we checked out told person that room need repair or replacement.
