"We had a great stay here. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is great for us since it’s near my daughter, but it’s great in general. The staff was kind and attentive. "

"The old style bed was too hard. The floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked. The newer LVP flooring in our room were coming apart (not interlocking) leaving gaps. The breakfast although ample in variety dosen’t come with any meat or any juices. Worst of all, pool noise from rowdy kids went unchecked until 11:00 pm. From 9:30 we tried calling unsuccessfully down to the front desk to complain. 10:00 front desk answered and assured us that they would handle the many complaints of excessive noise. Didn’t happen until finally an hour later. This was on 04/18. "
