"I loved the property and our room. It did smell a little musty, but feel that is to be expected due to age of building and proximity to river. The staff was awesome. Much more fun and interesting than another hotel ( chain ). The continental breakfast however, was not enough to satisfy my husband and he didn't think the quality of the food was very good."

"The Blue Heron was absolutely lovely. Christine is a wonderful host and went out of her way to ensure her guests were comfortable, happy, and well taken care of. "This is our second stay with the first being two years ago. Folks who work and manage the B & B are kind, knowledgeable of the region, and very professional. After a long drive we were greeted with smiles and a glass of wine to unwind. Rooms all have vintage charm. Beds are clean and comfortable. Balcony was comfortable. Just two blocks from Flagler College you are right in the middle of everything. Will definitely stay here again when we next visit St Augustine."
