Cari Motel di Jacksonville Coast

"The first issue was the room key maker wasn’t working so they had to come and let you in your room every time you needed to get in. Super inconvenient both for staff and guests. The room itself was ok served its purpose clean and comfy. The ice machine wasn’t working either. The snack machine was empty. The elevator doesn’t work has a large sign stating out of order so if you can’t climb stairs then it will not be the place for you."

"I decided to book a hotel & do a staycation, so I booked Tricove because I liked the beds there. The sheets weren’t cleaned, nor the toilet. The staff was helpful & gave me clean sheets & I cleaned the toilet & tub before using it. The room had a pungent odor like cigarette smoke which I didn’t like. I stayed here before a few years ago & didn’t remember the rooms looking unkept, with the pungent smell & not properly clean. The staff was kind & helpful with whatever I needed. I won’t be staying...

"There where a few critters and the bathroom wasn't to nice"

"The property was clean, but a bit worn. No cups (plastic or paper) were available. The bed was really high and difficult to get into -- very odd. I thought the hot water was broken at first because it took so long to show up. Once it finally arrived it was good. Bar soap and little packets of shampoo, not like most places these days. I felt the room was bit overpriced. Acceptable for a night if better choice unavailable. I have been traveling a bit of late, so I had experience with which to...

"No servía el aire condicionado esta sucio los sabana estaba sucias"

"My time at the hotel was welcoming. The staff manager always met my needs and my neighbors was very nice. Though this was a short extended stay it paved the way for me to find a permanent home and feel safe in my environment. I want to say thank you to the staff Sheniece,Erica and Tata for making it feel like a home away from home. Will miss you guys!"

"I reserved two rooms based on reviews and photos. It was awful. The units smelled like stale smoke. The mattresses and pillow cases were badly stained. The shower was not clean. We ultimately decided, that even though the money was not refundable, that we could not stay there and went somewhere else."

"Great service nice rooms and beautiful location"

"Just nasty. Filthy dirty room broken toilet and smelled like marijuana all over the property. Do not recommend and would like a refund."
