"I ordered a standard king-size room for one night through the The one night app. When I arrived, the attendant, Joshua, was very rude and barely spoke to me except to mention there was a $100 hold on the room. He issued my room key without even telling me that the room was an accessible room instead of the standard king room I reserved. When I got to the room, I realized it was an accessible room. We contacted staff three separate times to complain, but nothing was done to address the situation. For the price and expectations of the stay, I expected much better customer service and a quicker resolution. Unfortunately, this experience made the stay very frustrating and exhausting."

"We utilize this property whenever we are in town to see family. It’s a great location. Clean. And has the best staff. My ownly issue is it’s a major hub for the local airport, so parking can be tight if the shuttle is there, or a truck is making a delivery. Even still, if you have patience it’s fine."

"The room smelled of urine. Mold on the ceilings and walls. Rusted toilet paper holders. Unable to connect to the google cast option. Light bulbs out or flickering. Restaurant is not in the hotel; it’s across the parking lot. Definitely not as what was advertised or what the pictures looked like."
