"The air conditioning took several hours to cool the room. The mattresses were stained. The water in the bathroom came past your ankles if you’re the type that takes a shower longer than ten minutes. The cleaning lady with the light brownish hair is RUDE. Always told me to go to the front desk for assistance. Overall, quiet, plenty of parking not far from places to eat. People in the office were pleasant and professional."

"Got to the hotel to check in. Went to the check in desk and was told to sit on the couches they have in the lobby and someone will check me in. I waited a little bit and the lady never returned from the back. Went to the other person who seemed to be doing everything since the other person was not willing to help. Finally got checked in and went to my room. I found floors to be not that clean with crumbs scattered throughout. My daughter found a vape that was just left out in the open. I tried...

"Lock mechanism stopped working on hotel room door and we were told by front desk staff that we had to wait for their “fix it” guy to come. Sitting in the lobby for over 2 hours and still no fix it guy or master key to get us in to the room to collect our belongings."

"The hotel was an okay stay. The beds were clean but the room smelled humid and there was mold in the bathroom. It was for one night so it wasn’t too bad, but the staff were super rude when I had called the day before for early check in. They had assured me early check in and the day of, were super rude to me about it. Breakfast was not the best either."

"The property is dated and parking lot was crowded. It was hard to find parking and area didn’t seem safe enough to park far from entrance. It’s was noisy but conveniently located to airport. Good price point but for a double tree it needs updating."
