"our stay was superior..well located to beaches....and harbor, room was large and high ceilings,,(second floor room) large and high end tv (even my wife was impressed..had a bit of a problem getting the wifi going(my fault) after contacting the management issue was cleared up immediately! ie. the password...would definitely stay at this property again if in Santa Cruz....tx so much pc"

"Our room was not ready at 4pm, despite check in being 3pm. We were told they did not have, and could not accommodate, two queen beds as I had booked, and although the woman at the desk did check for a king bed, my daughter and I had to share one queen bed. The room was filthy and the furniture was disgusting, cracking and peeling. There was a very foul odor the entire stay. We did not use or go to see the pool area, but I did see folks out there. It is a nice location but that's it. "
