"I liked everything about the property except my room location was terrible. Right at the front by the street. Got very little sleep because of all the noise!"

"I've stayed here two or three times before and loved this hotel, but this time was a bit of a disappointment. My first room had a broken air conditioner, and smelled a bit of mildew. They very nicely changed me to a room with a working air conditioner and no odor, but the new room had a mattress that was ready to be replaced, though comfortable enough. One hot tub was being repaired, but the working one was great. I'm writing this with the hope that management will make this hotel great...

"Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. At first, we thought it was a bit pricey, but given the location, parking was available (at a reasonable cost) and all the amenities such as a gym, a pool and an in-unit washer and dryer, it turned out to be a really sweet deal! We were walking distance from Hollywood Blvd and not far at all from Sunset Blvd and other famous streets in Hollywood. Having a kitchen and a porch were also some of the perks. "The hotel is right in the middle of the plaza so location was great. However, it was very difficult to figure out where to park. The hotel entrance only has valet parking. We had to go out to find the parking lot which wasn't well marked. Signage was poor. There were many entrances and exits in and around the hotel that we got lost trying to get back to the parking garage (with fees). Otherwise, the hotel is clean. We were only there for one night for a birthday party within walking distance, so...
